Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative based in India with the expectations to participate regularly with the UK time zone, and limited meetings with the Customer Success Team during Eastern Standard Time in the AM time frame.

Our Customer Success Representatives are the key to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. From the initial sale through the renewal, you will be responsible for nurturing the success of our customers by leveraging our cutting-edge security development training modules, innovations, and capabilities to align with the customers’ business goals, fostering strong executive alignment and driving significant business value, ensuring a healthy relationship and positive ROI.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our largest customers, guiding them through best practices in Adoption, Business Metrics, and Feature Usage. Your focus will be on customer-centric strategies that ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our products, underpinned by a robust, metric-driven approach to track progress and achieve defined goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize Customer Value: Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment in CMD+CTRL by identifying new growth opportunities and collaborating with sales teams to ensure usage attainment, expansion, and renewal.
  • Primary Liaison: Act as the primary liaison for customers throughout their tenure, fostering strong relationships, and building trust.
  • Customer Partnership: Partner with customers to define and achieve their business goals, ensuring alignment with CMD+CTRL’s solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers and document interactions to assess and update the health of each account.
  • UK business hours: This role will be in support of an Account Executive located in the UK and will need to match their schedule. Flexibility to support APAC and European accounts is a must.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate, driving the evolution of our products, platforms, courses, and administrative services to meet customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Support Team, sales teams, and other internal and external contacts to build and refine tools, processes, and skills.
  • Sales Cycle Expertise: Maintain a foundational understanding of the customer’s sales cycle, including the renewal process, and assist customers through the contract renewal cycle to minimize attrition and ensure continued success.

Preferred experience and skills

  • 3+ years of work experience in Customer Success.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Support.
  • Intermediate level of understanding and experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven effectiveness in leading and facilitating executive meetings and calls.
  • Excellent communication skills (English), adaptable to a variety of tones, from formal presentations to semi-casual work emails.
