LAB 616 – ATT&CK: Host Vulnerability Scanning
Course Overview
Network services running on hosts can have vulnerabilities that allow attackers to gain unauthorized access or perform denial of service (DoS) attacks. If a network service is vulnerable, anyone who can connect to it can execute an attack that may grant access to the host or cause the service to crash, resulting in a denial-of-service condition.
This Host Vulnerability Scanning Skill Lab is an interactive simulation that helps learners assess their ability to scan network hosts for vulnerabilities. Upon completing this lab, learners will understand how to scan individual network hosts for vulnerabilities.
